We’ve introduced Grid Split Box, giving users the ability to view a grid and its corresponding pie chart side by side within the same screen. Drill-through functionality and context menus remain fully available, making it easier to analyse data without switching between views.
Refreshing data is now faster and more seamless. Users can refresh an individual grid without reloading the entire screen, helping them stay focused while keeping information up to date.
We’ve resolved an issue where exceeding the character limit could cause problems when saving notes. Long-form notes can now be handled more reliably, removing a common source of frustration.
Coming soon, Multi Search will allow users to paste multiple references directly from their clipboard and search them simultaneously. Whether working with comma-separated values or large lists of records, bulk lookups that previously required multiple searches can now be completed in a single action.
Reliability remains a key focus area. During June, we expanded our use of AI-powered monitoring and automated log analysis to improve incident detection and response.
These enhancements have helped reduce response times and enable issues to be identified and triaged more quickly, often before they impact users.
We’re continuing to build the foundations for a more intelligent platform through three major initiatives.
The MCP Layer forms the foundation of our AI architecture. It enables faster deployment of AI agents within Invevo while providing a framework that allows customers to connect their own AI agents directly to the platform.
Prompt Workspace introduces a new way to interact with your data. Users can ask questions in natural language and receive answers based on information held within the platform, removing the need for specialist queries or technical knowledge.
Entity Configuration represents the next step in delivering AI grounded in customer data. By allowing AI services to access live platform information, responses can be generated using real operational data rather than generic assumptions.
As we move into the second half of the year, our focus remains on delivering practical improvements that make day-to-day workflows easier while continuing to expand the AI capabilities available across the platform. We’re excited to share more updates in the coming months.
June was another busy month for the Invevo product team, with 76 tickets delivered, 106 support tickets resolved, and a number of enhancements released across the platform. Alongside customer-facing improvements, we’ve continued investing in platform stability and made significant progress on our AI roadmap.
